After selecting your service, you'll complete a questionnaire and upload photos of your pond. A professional fisheries biologist will evaluate the information provided and develop a customized management plan tailored to your pond's unique conditions and your management goals.

What photos should I upload?

The more information you provide, the more comprehensive your assessment can be. Helpful photos include:

• Shoreline conditions

• Aquatic vegetation and algae

• Water clarity

• Fish (if available)

• Any areas of concern, such as erosion, sedimentation, or poor habitat

How long does a plan take?

Most customized management plans are completed within 1–3 business days after all required information has been received. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time.

Do you visit properties?

At this time, Vantage Fisheries specializes in remote consulting services. By utilizing client-provided information, photos, and videos, we can provide professional, science-based recommendations without requiring an on-site visit.

What if I don't know my pond size?

If you're unsure of your pond's size or depth, we'll help estimate these characteristics using the information you provide, including aerial imagery, remote mapping measurements, or photos whenever possible.

What happens after I receive my management plan?

Your customized report provides practical recommendations you can implement at your own pace. If additional guidance is needed, follow-up consultations are available to answer questions and discuss next steps.
